Commitment to Access and Preservation

Corbis is widely recognized for its photographic preservation efforts led by its Chairman, Bill Gates. The company is preserving tens of millions of historical photographic objects in two climate controlled facilities: The Film Preservation Facility (FPF) in Pennsylvania, USA, and the Sygma Access and Preservation Facility outside Paris, France. These initiatives ensure the images in these iconic collections can be easily accessed while preserving them for future generations.
